Listings continue to come onto the market and move steadily from Active to Pending to Sold, with median days on market decreasing, as expected with the market picking up after the summer slowdown. Absorption rate (which measures how quickly inventory is moving) shows 1, 2 and 3+ Condos and 2/3/4 Family homes are a Seller’s Market, while 1 Family homes are a Buyer’s Market.
