Listings continue to come onto the market and move steadily from Active to Pending to Sold, with median days on market decreasing for multi family homes, while condos and 1 family homes see a slight uptick. Absorption rate (which measures how quickly inventory is moving) shows 1 and 2 BR Condos and Multi Family homes are a Seller’s Market, while 1 Family homes and 3+ BR Condos are a Buyer’s Market.
