The Hoboken Weekly Market Report has been updated below to reflect data through 10/2/22. Listings continue to come onto the market and move steadily from Active to Pending to Sold, with median days on market decreasing for 2BR and 3BR condos due to inventory moving quickly; studio/1BR condos and 1 and 2+ family homes median days on market remains steady. Absorption rate (which measures how quickly inventory is moving) reflects the Hoboken Market is a Seller’s Market, while 1 Family homes are a Buyer’s Market.
