Listings continue to come onto the market and move steadily from Active to Pending to Sold, with median days on market remaining steady. Absorption rate (which measures how quickly inventory is moving) reflects the Hoboken Market is a Seller’s Market, with the exception of 1 Family homes that are a Buyer’s Market.
