Local Market Landscape
Locally, our team continues to see a tight market in Hoboken with a low absoprtion rate (which measures how quickly homes are selling) across all home categories. Prices remain high and inventory remains limited, particularly for single and multi-family homes. However, we’re starting to see some loosening in the market, indicated by higher absorption rates in Downtown Jersey City and Jersey City Heights. Additionally, the rental market has softened, with increased incentives, price reductions, and longer days on market.
