The table below reflects the Hoboken Real Estate Weekly Market update with 2022 data through July 3, 2022. Listings continue to move through the pipeline from Active to UC/DABO (Under Contract & Deposit Accepted by Owner) to Sold at a steady rate. Average price points are consistent, with new listings coming on market every week (less movement for 2, 3 and 4 family homes). Average Days on Market Month to Date shows a slight increase as inventory isn’t moving quite as quickly.

I've probably rented the unit five or six times. Amber priced and marketed the unit perfectly. I had four offers within days. The signing of the lease was seamless.
