The Hoboken Weekly Market Report has been updated below to reflect data through 11/6/22. Listings continue to come onto the market and move steadily from Active to Pending to Sold, with median days on market seeing a slight uptick, aside from studio and 1 BR condos which saw median days on market decrease. Absorption rate (which measures how quickly inventory is moving) reflects the Hoboken Market is a Seller’s Market, with the exception of 3BR condos that are a buyer’s market.

I've owned a rental property in Hoboken for 17 years and I have to say Amber Nugent and the Elizabeth Rakela Team are hands down the best realtors in Hoboken. I've probably rented the unit five or six times. Amber priced and marketed the unit perfectly. I had four offers within days. The signing of the lease was seamless. Amber coordinated a painter, handy man, and a blinds repair person for me. No realtor ever helped me get the unit ready and I am so grateful for Amber’s support.
