The Hoboken Weekly Market Report has been updated below to reflect data through 9/11/22. Listings continue to come onto the market and move steadily from Active to Pending to Sold, with median days on market seeing a slight uptick, which is typical during this time of year. Absorption rate (which measures how quickly inventory is moving) shows 1, 2 and 3+ Condos and 2/3/4 Family homes are a Seller’s Market, while 1 Family homes are a Buyer’s Market.

I've owned a rental property in Hoboken for 17 years and I have to say Amber Nugent and the Elizabeth Rakela Team are hands down the best realtors in Hoboken. I've probably rented the unit five or six times. Amber priced and marketed the unit perfectly. I had four offers within days. The signing of the lease was seamless.
