The data below reflects year over year (YOY) Median Sales Price for Hudson County neighborhoods for transactions from December 2023 vs. December 2022. Prices are up with the most activity from first time buyers vs. buyers trading up. As a result of the lower volume of transactions, some Median Sales Price YOY data appears lower. Median Sales Price continues to rise across most Hudson County neighborhoods. For neighborhoods where Median Sales Price has dropped from last year’s levels, we attribute this to lower volume. Identical units in the same building have traded for more today vs. one year ago.
