NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS (NAR) SETTLEMENT EXPLAINED

The NAR (National Association of Realtors) settlement has made headlines this year, as it will impact the client and real estate agent terms and conditions. The settlement strengthens both consumer and real estate licensee protections in real estate transactions. Keller Williams leadership outlined the key points of the settlement, which will go into effect on August 1 in New Jersey.
